Good Barbeque is Part of Our History

You might say that good barbeque is an integral part of a Trinitas education. In the early days of the school, our founding headmaster's father, 'Grandpa Trotter,' used his meat-smoking prowess to bring school families together for picnics and community-building events. Though the Trotter family has passed on, the tradition of sharing good barbeque with friends and family remains strong. Your purchase helps our juniors and seniors continue their annual travel studies and carries on this wonderful legacy.

Proceeds from every sale benefit the Trinitas Junior/Senior Aesthetics Travel Fund. The annual Aesthetics Trip is an essential part of a Trinitas education. These trips provide students with invaluable opportunities to experience the true, good, and beautiful through art, music, architecture, and history well beyond the classroom. On alternating years, students travel to cultural centers like Italy and Greece for the Classical Heritage Tour.
