Before coming to Trinitas, Mr. Cowart served as Head of School at a classical Christian school in Tennessee. Mr. Cowart and his wife Joy have five children, all of whom attend Trinitas. The Cowarts are members of Christ Church in Pace, where James serves as a deacon.

Ms. Johnson brings a wealth of business management and organization skills to Trinitas where she manages the administrative office and oversees admissions. Ms. Johnson has one daughter who graduated from Trinitas with the class of 2019. They are members of Providence Church in Pensacola.

Sean Hadley has taught in the classroom for over a decade, teaching in the Dominican Republic and various parts of Florida. In his current role at Trinitas, Mr. Hadley directs the senior thesis program, helps with curriculum development, and aids teachers through their certification process. He also teaches our school's Magna Traditio program, an integrated humanities course that begins in the seventh grade and carries on through the senior year. Mr. Hadley's love of Homer, Hemingway, and everything in-between helps him to draw students into the Great Conversation through close readings, as well as oral and written expressions.
Mr. Hadley and his wife Sarah, Trinitas’ Kindergarten teacher, have three young sons and one daughter who attend Trinitas. Mr. Hadley is in the final stages of his doctoral dissertation, connecting the Western Tradition to 20th-century literature.
